How to install new chisel?
Remove the old chisel out of body.
1.Open the tool box in which you will see the pin punch2. Take the stop pin and rod pin out。3. When these rod pin and stop pin are out, then you can take the chisel freely.
Install new chisel into body.1. Inset chisel into body of hydraulic breaker2. Partially insert the stop pin into body.3. Inset rod pin with the groove toward4. hold rod pin from the bottom5. Drive stop pin until the rod pin is supported, then the replacement of chisel is completed.
Select suitable chisel type for working conditions, use chisel correctly, improve breaker working efficiency; Timely and effective regular maintenance, prolong the life of breaker, reduce the use cost.
