What the reason of hydraulic breaker do not work and how to solve this problem.

During the work of the breaker, we often encounter the problem of the breaker not striking. According to our maintenance experience in the past years has summarized five aspects. When you encounter the problem of not striking, you can simply judge and solve it by yourselve.

When the breaker does not strike, sometimes it stops working once it is struck, and then it stopsworking again after being lifted up and struck again. Check from these five aspects:

1. Main valve get stucked
After the breaker was disassembled and inspected, it was found that everything else was intact. When the valve was inspected, it was found that its sliding was stiff and prone to jamming. After removing the valve, it was found that there were many strains on the valve body, so please replace the valve.

2. Improper bushing replacement.
After replacing the bushing, the breaker stopped working. It did not strike when pressed down, but struck after being lifted up slightly. After replacing the bushing, the piston position is moved closer to the top, causing some small reversing valve control oil circuits in the cylinder to be closed at the starting position, and the reversing valve stops working, causing the breaker to stop working.

3.Inlet oil into the back head block
The breaker gradually becomes weak during the strike and finally stops striking. Measuring nitrogen pressure. If the pressure is too high, it can strike after being released, but then stops striking soon, and the pressure becomes high again after measurement. After disassembly, it was found that the back head was filled with hydraulic oil and the piston could not be compressed backwards, causing the breaker to be unable to work. So please replace the seal kit units. For the new hydraulic hammer, we usually suggest our clients to do the first maintenance after 400 hours working. And then do the regular maintenance every 600-800 hours working.

4. The accumulator parts fall into the pipeline.
During the inspection, it was found that the deformed parts in the main valve were blocking the reversing valve.

5. The inner bush of the front head is worn
After long-term use, the inner bush of the front head is worn, and the chiel moves the top of the piston upward, causing a situation similar to the second one.
