The general fault is to check whether the nitrogen valve of the upper cylinder is leaking, or to fill the upper cylinder with nitrogen, and use the excavator to put the upper cylinder of hydraulic rock breaker into the pool to have a look. Whether there is air leakage from air bubbles, if these steps cannot check the source of air leakage, then the nitrogen gas is likely to be leaking from the oil passage of excavator hydraulic breaker!
Even if a small amount of air enters the hydraulic system, it will have a great impact on the system.
The HMB hydraulic breaker hammer will be tested for air tightness during assembly. After 24 hours of inflation, check whether there is a lack of nitrogen.
Why gas leaking?

1. Through bolts are getting too loosen
2. Gas valve issues
3. Seal kits inside are broken

To check where gas leaking from?
1.the junction part between front head and back head(fasten the through bolts)
2. The gas valve part ( replace the gas valve)
3. The oil in and out nipples (disassembling hydraulic rock breaker hammer and replace the seal kits)，If there are air bubbles, please replace the piston ring of hydraulic breaking hammer or the air seal on the piston ring in time!
